Information is everywhere, and technology has made the home buying and selling process more consumer-friendly in many ways. Yet in other ways it’s more challenging than ever. My role has evolved from simply helping clients identify their favorite properties, to helping clients make sense of the myriad of information that surrounds it – and negotiating well on their behalf in an ever-changing market.  My first question will always be “what’s the most important thing to you in this transaction?” I realized long ago, that without asking this question and hearing your answer, we could find ourselves going down an entirely unnecessary path.
